Office Space
Single or double cubicle, computer, phone line, voice mail, fax, access to photocopier, and access to conference rooms. Postage, photocopy, and office supply monthly allotment.
Technology Package
Computer and desktop software, web and email access, subsidies for website design, and ongoing network and PC support.
Annual Stipend
Stipend (paid in two installments in June and December) ranges from $3,000 - $7,000, depending on organizational stage.
Organizational Development Consulting
Free and subsidized consulting in organizational development, program development, board development, fundraising, governance, and grantwriting.
Skills and Technical Expertise
Subsidized help with web design, graphic design, public relations, budgeting, legal matters, and event planning.
Evaluation
An evaluation subsidy is available to each resident group annually.
Exposure Events
Public events to showcase Bikkurim groups and facilitate interface with the broader Jewish community.
Workshops and Skills Clinics
Training experiences for residents based on expressed interests and needs.
Peer Community
Resident group meetings and gatherings facilitate mutual support and provide opportunities for collaboration and sharing of resources.
Resource Library
Access to a comprehensive collection of materials and references pertaining to non-profit management, entrepreneurship, networking, and other topics of interest to growing organizations. |
